Favcore Tech Private Limited Legal Framework & Service Scope Parameters
1.1. Covers GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing for one GSTIN only (additional GSTINs charged extra at 60-80% of base package price).
1.2. An "Invoice" includes all B2B, B2C, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes processed during the filing month.
1.3. Clients must provide complete, accurate sales/purchase data (invoices summary or Excel/JSON format) by the 5th of each month (or as per due dates).
1.4. Tax liability payment, challan generation, and bank payments are the client's responsibility—we do not handle cash payments or refunds.
2.1. Package validity starts from the date of payment confirmation; non-refundable after work commence.
2.2. Subscription ends immediately upon exhaustion of invoice limit, Ad Budget amount OR validity period, whichever occurs first.
2.3. Auto-renewal not applicable; client must repurchase for extension. Unused months are non-transferable.
3.1. Limits as per package table (e.g., invoices/transactions); excess charged at ₹10-20 per additional invoice (slab-wise).
3.2. If the invoice limit is exhausted, clients can pay separate per-invoice charges to extend the limit for the remaining subscription validity period.
3.3. All filing fees are payable in advance. Service will be paused if the invoice overage balance is not cleared.
3.4. We reserve the right to decline service if data complexity exceeds limits (e.g., heavy amendments or disputes & litigation-related filings).
4.1. Filing will be done based on the sales and purchase data provided by the client.
4.2. Favcore is not liable for late fees or penalties if data is provided less than 3 days before the government deadline.
4.3. Compliance packages include standard registration assistance; complex legal representations or litigations are not included.
4.4. Ensure GSTIN is active/updated on GST portal; notify us of changes (address, bank, etc.) within 24 hours.
4.5. Provide login credentials (read-only GST portal access recommended for efficiency).
4.6. Late data submission may delay filing; late fees/penalties borne by the client.
4.7. Client shall pay all stamp duty, stamp charges, government fees, and any other statutory fees excluding subscription features.
5.1. Ad credits provided in Growth Packages are valid only for the Favcore platform.
5.2. Credits must be used within the subscription period; unused credits will expire upon plan termination.
5.3. For Social Media Advertising packages: If client requests additional budget beyond the package allocation, Favcore's service charges are STRICTLY as follows:
• ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 budget packages: ₹10,000 fixed service charge per add-on request
• Above ₹50,000 budget packages: ₹30,000 fixed service charge per add-on request
5.4. Service charges are non-negotiable and payable in advance before campaign execution begins.
6.1. No GSTR-9, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation (beyond summary) or legal representation unless explicitly detailed.
6.2. No liability for GST notices/penalties due to client's incorrect data or non-compliance.
7.1. No refunds will be processed after 3 days and once the professional work has commenced.
7.2. Plan downgrades are only possible at the end of the current billing cycle.
8.2. All legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
8.3. By subscribing to any Favcore package, the client unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
